Work Permits – Students needing work permits are reminded to pick them up in the office between 7:30-3:00. You need to bring 5 items with you to obtain a work permit. These items are listed on page 23 of your planner. Work permits are NOT issued after school.
ID - Students are reminded that replacement ID’s can be purchased for $2 every day from 7:30-7:55 in the main office.
Others – MC’s and auditions sign up for homecoming is available in Mrs. Veers’ room 28.
FFA members are reminded to get their $15.00 dues in ASAP. Those that have dues paid will receive a free root beer float on Friday in lunch. Other can buy one at lunch for $1.00 with all proceeds going to the Children’s Miracle Network.
FFA members going to the World Dairy Expo trip on Tuesday need to have their dues paid and permission slips turned in by Friday or you will be bumped by people on the waiting list. The bus will leave from the student lot at 5:30 AM and return to school at 4 PM.
FBLA members are reminded that officer applications need to be turned in by Friday to Miss Goettl in room 70 before school through 2nd hour. If you missed last week’s FBLA meeting, see Miss Goettl in room 70 before school.
Students wishing to join HOSA pick up membership forms and return them to room 66.
If you have volunteered over the summer, but are not a member of YSL see Miss Goettl in Room 70 before school.
Drama Production – Auditions for the fall drama production will be in the auditorium at 7 tonight and tomorrow. Everyone is invited to try out. Be prepared to fill out a conflict sheet for the next 2 months.
Tomorrow – The boys’ hockey team will have an informational meeting Thursday at 7:15 AM in the study hall.
T-shirts – Sophomores - t-shirts may be ordered today and tomorrow for homecoming. They must be paid by Friday.
Juniors wishing to order homecoming t-shirts, pick up and drop off your order and $10.00 to Ms. Mahoney in room 71 by Friday.
Sunday – Science Olympiad will meet Sunday from 2-4 PM. Check out the display case outside room 8 for important information.
Next Week – Arts Club 1st meeting will be held in room 39 after school next Tuesday.
YSL members should turn in all summer hours by next Tuesday to the basket in Room 71. Additional forms are available there.
Mock Trial Team will have an informational meeting next week Wednesday at 3:00 in room 23.
