Junior class t-shirts are on sale.  Be sure to pick up an order form from study hall, Mr. Bergelin, or the junior class president, Arthur Burkart.  Shirts cost $12.00 and money must be turned in during 4th hour or after school to Mrs. Vernhagen in room 43 before next Wednesday.  Money goes toward class activities including prom.

 

Any students interested in participating in the Ocean Science Bowl this year should plan on attending a short meeting after school Tuesday in room 36.  If you cannot attend please speak with Mr. Herder.

 

Attention students ordering a class ring – the Jostens class ring rep will be here next week Tuesday and Wednesday during the lunch hours and also Tuesday evening from 5:00-8:30 during our Meet and Greet to help you fill out your ring order form and answer any questions you may have.  Please remember to bring your order form and your $50.00 deposit.  Checks should be made out to Jostens.  A drawing for a 10 Karat gold class ring will be held.

 

The deadline for juniors and seniors to sign up for next Friday's Wisconsin Education Fair trip is next Tuesday.   Sign up in the Guidance Office, turn in the permission slip, pay your $4, and you will have the chance to collect information from over 100 colleges and tech colleges.

 

Sunday Sundaes!  Come find out what MHS publications has planned for this year.  Newspaper, Yearbook and more – we need your help.  Come in this Sunday at 4:00 for information and ice cream sundaes.  Meet in room 67.  Use the greenhouse doors for entry.

 

Youth Service Learning members who have summer hours to turn in must have them all turned in by September 19th.  Confirmation slips are available on the counter in Room 71.

 

The first FBLA meeting of the year will be on Tuesday, September 16th in Room 71 at 3:10.  Everyone is encouraged to attend to see what Future Business Leaders of America is all about!

 

Attention junior and senior girls – there will be a Powder Puff Football meeting Tuesday before school in Mr. Patterson's room.  For those unable to attend, give your name and shirt size to either Kelly Wisniewski or Andie Varsho.

 

Varsity volleyball players are reminded of the team dinner after practice on Monday.

 

This year's homecoming coronation will feature a performance by Brooke Pederson.
