As you know, Brittany Zimmermann, a 2005 graduate of Marshfield High School, was murdered in Madison last week.  Brittany's family, in an effort to have Brittany remembered not for her death but rather for her life, has started a scholarship fund in her memory.  Participation is simple; donate a dollar at the Marshfield High School office as a small tribute to this vibrant, intelligent and determined young lady.  We will collect donations in our office until Friday, April 18th.  Your dollar does make the difference!  Thanks for your support!

 

Attention Youth Service Learning Members.  All 2nd semester hours you want counted toward the end of the year rewards MUST be turned in by Thursday, May 8.  Underclassmen can still turn in hours after May 8th to be recorded in the program, but senior hours not received by then will not count toward your National Youth Service Award. 

 

Project graduation t-shirts will be sold in the commons area next week Thursday from 7 AM until 1:30.  Cost of the shirts will be $20.00 and this is also your admission to Project Graduation.  Make check payable to Project Graduation.

 

All students taking an AP exam must complete pre-registration at one of the two remaining dates.  These pre-registration sessions will take place in the lecture hall tomorrow at 7 AM and April 23^rd at 3:15.  Please be prompt.  Any student completing pre-registration outside of these dates will incur a $5.00 fee.

 

You have one last chance to purchase a yearbook.  Some extra copies were ordered and they will be sold on a first come basis.  Stop in room 26 if you are interested.  There is a current list of orders on the door if you are not sure if you have one.

 

Anyone wishing to usher for Pirates of Penzance this Saturday, Sunday, or Monday should talk with Candice Todryk or Jena Weiler ASAP.

 

A reminder - National Youth Service Day is this Saturday from 8:30 until noon.  If you have not signed up, or are interested, check the NHS mail box in the main office.

 

The varsity soccer team will have practice at 5:00 today outside of Madison school.

 

The science Olympiad team will meet on Wednesday April 23 at 3:00 in room 8. See Mrs. Dopp if you cannot attend.
