Mercedes Diercks, Shad Turner, Gabbie Myrie, Nathan Ujda, Mark Nesbitt, and Chris Poeschel all have books on hold in the library.

 

Today – Stage crew will begin at 3:00 in the auditorium.  Everyone interested in working on stage crew should try and attend.

 

Spanish Honor Society will meet at 3:05 today in room 63.

 

A reminder to the girls’ hockey team, you have a team meeting with Coach Sparbel in the study hall at 3:15 p.m. today.

 

Science Olympiad will meet both after school and from 6-8:00.  Permission slips for competition will be handed out.

 

 Tomorrow – Attention all students who are registered to take the PSAT WEDNESDAY:  You must attend the required PRE-ADMINISTRATION SESSION at 7:15 tomorrow in the LECTURE HALL.  If you are unable to attend, see Ms. Dostal before Tuesday morning.

 

French Honor Society will meet tomorrow morning at 7:30 in room 67 to discuss the details for the upcoming luncheon.

 

Student council Global Committee will meet tomorrow at 7:30 in room 8.

 

Dance Team winter season tryouts will be held tomorrow at the Madison School gym from 3:30-5:00.

ThursdayThe Battle Begins… Are you ready for some fierce head-to-head competition?  If so, come to the LMC this Thursday and find out about Battle of the Books.  This is open to all students who love competition and a great book or two.  Remember, Thursday, October 14th, after school from 3:10 until 3:30.  Come check us out.   See Miss Hamann in the LMC for more information.

 

Friday – Ocean Bowl will not meet until Friday after school.

German club will meet at 3:10.  All German students are welcome.  We will be discussing Oktoberfest and t-shirts.  Come if you plan to attend or want a t-shirt.

The winner of Central City’s trivia question #3 for Money Smart Week is Josh Decorah.  Josh, you can pick up your prize at the credit union office.  Congratulations Josh!

Work PermitsStudents needing work permits are reminded to pick them up in the office between 7:30-3:00.  You need to bring 5 items with you to obtain a work permit.  These items are listed on page 23 of your planner.  Work permits are NOT issued after school.

 

Today – National Ocean Sciences Bowl team will meet after school in room 36. 

 

Chess Club will meet at 3:05 in room 18. 

 

Tomorrow – Attention faculty, staff, and FFA members tomorrow is our annual pancake feed which will be held in the auto lab during all lunch hours.  We ask that you bring a $1.00 donation which will be given to the House of Dove.  It is also drive a tractor to school day.

 

All students who participated in the Club’s Choice Science fund raiser, your orders will be available for pickup after school tomorrow at the north commons doors.  Any products not picked up will be returned.
